Returns

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

• Customized or personalized items

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for exchange requests.
